AJ loves to play with some of my old jars that I wash out and save for storing things like sauces and marinates. I know since they are glass, some people look on disapprovingly, but I don't care. The glass is pretty thick, and I am usually careful to only let him play with them on the carpet or at his seat...
He likes to open and close the jars, saying "lid off" or "lid on", and when his little fingers don't turn the lid the right way, he brings it to me saying, "help you! help me!" It's so cute and funny. He also likes to see which objects fit in the jars, and sometimes concocts things to "eat" or "cook".
